In addition, we explored how AI can play an important part in creating captivating email content and subject lines, resulting in greater open rates and engagement. Moreover, it became clear that a successful Black Friday cannot be achieved by depending just on traditional email marketing techniques. As a result, we highlighted how AI can help in developing comprehensive email plans that cover the preparations leading up to Black Friday, the day itself, and the follow-up that follows. So, people learned how to make emails that work.
In the last session, Session 4, we discussed using AI to boost success on social media during Black Friday. We learned why AI plays an important role in making Black Friday social media campaigns effective. We looked into AI tools that could potentially help us determine the most effective times to post, the best hashtags to use, and the kinds of postings that would get the most engagement. Furthermore, we investigated how AI could help in the creation of captivating tweets, stories, and posts on social media that would resonate with the audience.
