Let me take you into the room.
Alicia steps into the spotlight at InvestFest 2025 — kicking off her powerful talk on how to build your AI team with energy and intention.
The lights were hot and the crowd was full of energy. I stepped onto the stage at InvestFest 2025, looked out at hundreds of entrepreneurs, and thought: They’re not ready for what I’m about to show them.
Because I wasn’t just there to talk about AI. I was there to flip the script on how we build businesses and show them how to build their AI team.
This isn’t just a metaphor or a distant dream. I’m talking about a real, functional, and scalable team powered by tools like ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, and more. This team works around the clock, never gets tired, and helps you take back your time.
Let me walk you through what I shared on stage and show you how to start building your own AI dream team today.
Before I went on stage, Ms. Basketball, an entertainment host, media personality, and founder of the I Hoop Too Foundation, asked the crowd, “How many of you are using AI?”
About 90% of the room raised their hands.
For the rest, she lit up the room with a truth bomb: “If you’re not learning AI fast, you’re going to get left behind.”
So let me ask you, have you started using AI to build your team yet?
Because here’s what I know: most entrepreneurs are drowning in tasks. You’re the CEO during the day, the copywriter at night, and the social media manager in between. And that’s just Monday.
That moment set the stage for everything I shared next.

I didn’t start by showing off tools. I started by showing the problem.
Entrepreneurs, especially solo founders, are doing too much. You’re answering emails, writing copy, managing calendars, planning events, posting on social, and trying to stay creative through it all. I know that grind because I’ve lived it.
So in my presentation, I walked through a real example from my own business: how I used ChatGPT to handle a task I normally would have done myself, like booking a vet appointment for my dog, Bruno.
I showed the exact flow on my slides. ChatGPT read the email reminder, found the link, filled out the form, and sent the confirmation. No back-and-forth, missed deadlines, and mental clutter.
That moment wasn’t about the task. It was about the shift.
Because when you realize that AI can take things off your plate, not just suggest ideas but actually get things done, you start to see your business differently. You stop thinking like a solo operator and start thinking like someone who builds systems.
Content creation is one of the biggest challenges for entrepreneurs. You sit down to write a blog, a speech, a sales page — and suddenly, you’re staring at a blinking cursor, wondering how to sound like you.
Alicia shares the magic prompt that taught her AI team to write in her voice.
So during my talk, I addressed that head-on.
I showed the audience what happens when you ask ChatGPT to write a speech without any guidance. It came back with: “Esteemed colleagues and distinguished guests, Today, I stand before you to discuss a subject…”
You know the tone. Stiff. Formal. Not me or you. Not anyone trying to connect with a real audience.
That’s when I introduced what I call the magic prompt, the one that changed everything for me.
All it took was my bio, a few transcripts, and asked:
“I would like for you to write for me as my ghostwriter. I will be giving you my bio (just to get to know me) and two [transcripts of trainings / articles I have written] so that you can learn about me and learn my writing and teaching style and tone so that you can write for me as me. Do you understand?”
It nailed it. Conversational. Friendly. Expert. Positive. It even picked up my signature openers (“Hey hey!”) and closers (“Bye for now.”)
Then I had it rewrite the speech using that style. The result? It sounded like me. Not just in tone, but in rhythm, flow, and energy. And yes, it passed AI content detectors as if it were human-written.
This wasn’t just about writing better copy. It was about reclaiming your voice. Because when you build your AI team to speak like you, you don’t just save time. You scale your message.
That led perfectly into the next question I often get: “How do you turn your content into something bigger?”
For me, the answer was Claude.
So, I shared how I took a single podcast interview, just a raw transcript, and used Claude to generate a full-length book. Not a PDF. Not a blog post. A 210-page lead magnet that I now use to grow my email list, build authority, and give massive value to my audience.
It took 14 minutes.
No ghostwriter. No back-and-forth edits. And absolutely no $15,000 invoice.
Just one smart prompt and a tool that understands structure, tone, and flow.
This wasn’t about cutting corners. It was about unlocking scale.
Because when you build your AI team with tools like Claude, you stop thinking in fragments and start thinking in assets. That podcast episode you recorded last month? It’s a book. That webinar you hosted? It’s a course. That blog post? It’s a chapter.
Claude didn’t just write for me. It helped me repurpose, repackage, and redistribute my message without burning out.
Once I laid the foundation, I introduced my actual AI team. The ones working behind the scenes in my business every day.
These aren’t abstract concepts or faceless bots. They’re named, defined, and embedded into how I operate.
Alicia introduces her AI dream team — each role defined, named, and trained to build your AI team with purpose and precision.
Each one has a name, a photo, a resume, and a job description. Why? Because when you build your AI team with clarity and purpose, they stop being tools and start becoming part of the culture.
From there, I shared how I’ve taken things even further.
Every entrepreneur needs a sounding board, a place to share ideas, get feedback, and think bigger. But organizing a mastermind group takes time and effort.
So I built my own. With AI.
I introduced the audience to my AI board of advisors. A group of virtual experts I’ve trained to think strategically, challenge assumptions, and offer insights that fit my goals. Each member has a distinct voice, perspective, and area of expertise. And leading the conversation? My AI facilitator, Lou.
When I asked, “How can I leverage my InvestFest presentation?” Lou gathered input from every board member and delivered a full strategy breakdown.
From repurposing the talk into a lead magnet, to turning key moments into reels, to identifying partnership opportunities based on audience engagement.
No scheduling, delays, or missed opportunities.
That naturally led to one of the most powerful tools in my stack. The ability to multiply my presence.
I shared a moment from my business when I had a podcast prep scheduled at the exact same time as our AI Marketing Summit orientation. Normally, I would have to choose between showing up live or missing the chance to connect with new attendees.
But this time, I didn’t have to choose. I had already cloned myself.
I played a video of “me” welcoming attendees to the orientation call. She greeted the room, set the tone, and guided the audience through the agenda. All with my voice, my energy, and my style.
But it wasn’t me. It was my AI clone.
Built with HeyGen, trained on my delivery, and designed to represent me when I can’t be there physically. She didn’t just read a script; she embodied my brand.
This is what scalable leadership looks like. It’s not about doing more. It’s about multiplying your presence.
To wrap it all together, I shared the exact tools I use to run my business with speed, precision, and personality.
Here’s the stack I rely on every day to build my AI team, automate workflows, and scale without burnout:
And yes, I have a few secret tools I only share inside my Success Kit. Because building your AI team isn’t just about the tools themselves. It’s about knowing how to use them with strategy and purpose.
You’ve seen the tools. You’ve seen the strategy. Now you know how I delegate, scale, and multiply my presence, all with AI.
This is your moment.
Instead of doing everything yourself, imagine leading with clarity and building systems that support your vision. Scaling without burnout isn’t just a dream; it’s a choice you can make.
Inside my InvestFest 2025 presentation, I walk through every tool, prompt, and move I made to build your AI team from the ground up.
No hiring required. No burnout. Just smart systems, built with intention.
Let’s build your dream team and your legacy together.
