For me, mentorship isn't just a job—it's personal.
When we started AI InnoVision, my vision was simple: Help people unlock opportunities through AI. But I quickly realized that AI isn't just about technology—it's about people and potential. I wanted to empower professionals who might not see themselves as “tech experts” to become leaders in AI consulting.

Let me set the scene: The awards ceremony was held at the Marriott Marquis in New York City, surrounded by some of the most brilliant women leaders in the world. We're talking executives from Microsoft, IBM, Google, and Meta—absolute powerhouses.
When they announced my category, I held my breath, listening closely. Then I heard my name—and for a second, everything felt like a blur. My inner voice was, “Wait… did that really just happen?” The whirlwind of emotions—pride, gratitude, disbelief—washed over me all at once.
