When ChatGPT launched in November 2022, I didn’t just play around with it—I shut my doors.
Literally.
I told my team, “We’re pausing everything. No client calls. No campaigns. I need to understand this tool inside and out.”
Because I saw what was coming. And I knew if I didn’t adapt, I’d get left behind.
That two-week deep dive changed my entire business. I pivoted from digital marketing to AI. I stopped speaking about traffic and funnels. From that moment on, it was AI or nothing.
And it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
I sat down with Nehemiah Davis on his Circle of Greatness podcast to unpack everything. From building AI teams to turning prompts into profit. If you’re serious about using ChatGPT for entrepreneurship, this episode is a must-watch.
Most people treat ChatGPT like a search engine. I treat it like a strategist, a copywriter, a press release expert, and a productivity coach.
I’ve trained it to understand my voice, my tone, and my brand. That’s how I get results that sound like me—not like a robot.
If you’re an entrepreneur, you need to start thinking of ChatGPT as part of your team. It can write your sales copy, generate your webinar scripts, create onboarding materials, and even help you build your AI agents.
I’ve built a full AI team, giving each agent a name, a job description, and a specialty. They work faster than anyone I’ve ever hired.
Highlights the moment Alicia Lyttle reveals how strategic ChatGPT training transforms AI into a scalable, conversion-driving asset.
Here’s one of my favorite strategies: the Prompt-to-Profit method.
Instead of asking ChatGPT to “write my sales copy,” I start by training it. I tell it who I am, what I’m selling, and how I speak. Then I ask:
“What information do you need from me to write this in my voice?”
That one question changes everything.
ChatGPT responds with a list of questions. I answer them. Then it delivers a draft. I push it further:
“Make it more emotional. Add NLP. Strengthen the CTA.”
And just like that, I’ve got a high-converting piece of content that sounds like me and sells nonstop.
This is ChatGPT for entrepreneurship: strategic, intentional, and focused on results.
I shared this on the podcast, and I’ll share it here too. These are my top five AI tools right now:
Each tool saves me hours and helps me scale my business. They’re especially powerful when paired with ChatGPT, which is built on clarity, speed, and strategic execution.
Let me say this gently: most people are using ChatGPT wrong.
They ask it to “write a sales page” without giving it any context. No voice, tone, and brand.
Then they wonder why the output feels generic.
Here’s the fix: treat ChatGPT like your copywriter. Sit across the table from it. Tell it who you are. Ask it what it needs to know. And never accept the first draft.
Push it. Refine it. Make it better.
That’s how you get results that convert. That’s how you start using ChatGPT in a way that truly supports your business.
If you’re ready to get started, here’s what I recommend:
And if you want help? I’ve got you. I teach this step-by-step in my programs, and I love doing live demos to show you how it all works.
This isn’t hype. It’s a shift in how we build, grow, and lead.
ChatGPT has changed the way I work. From how I write and delegate to how I scale and present myself to my business. It’s not just about saving time. It’s about building smarter systems that actually support your vision.
If you’ve been stuck doing everything manually, overwhelmed by tasks, or unsure how to grow without burning out, this is your invitation to make a change.
Start small. Train your tools. Build your agents. Let AI carry the weight so you can focus on what really moves the needle.
Because once you see what’s possible, you won’t go back.
