I didn’t give him a list. I gave him a prompt.
“Act as my seven-figure business coach. Your job is to help me start and scale a business that generates at least $1M in revenue in the next 12 months.”
I dropped that prompt into ChatGPT and showed him the results: a full roadmap, broken down by month, week, and even day. It covered the strategy, target audience, offer, and action steps. And when Nehemiah saw how specific it got, he was impressed.

2. Turn LinkedIn Profiles into Paychecks
Nehemiah asked, “What if someone doesn’t want to launch a full business?”
I said: Start with LinkedIn makeovers.
I pulled up ChatGPT and showed him how I rewrite headlines, About sections, and even suggest banners and CTAs. It’s fast, it’s clean, and people are paying anywhere from $100 to $1,500 for it.
Because it’s not just a profile, it’s your pitch. I’ve seen clients go from invisible to booked just by getting this right. It’s one of the quickest ways to turn AI into a source of income.
3. Build a Clip-Repurposing Machine
People get hyped when I show them this. I took one podcast episode and turned it into 36 clips in under 4 minutes using Opus Clip.
The tool rates each clip for how likely it is to go viral, writes captions, and schedules posts. What once took a full-time editor’s days now only takes minutes. And yes, clients are paying $500 to $5,000/month for this service.
Creators use this to stay consistent without burning out. Coaches, podcasters, and educators are all seeking ways to expand their content. This is how you turn one video into a full content system and get paid for it.
4. Create Bots That Do the Talking
We shifted into automation, and I pulled up one of my favorite demos: the press release bot.
It asks five questions and instantly writes a full release. I built it using GPTs and ManyChat, and clients love it. It saves time, keeps messaging tight, and runs on autopilot.
I told Nehemiah how students have charged $500 to $1,000 per bot. And once it’s built, it keeps working on its own. This is the kind of AI that can make money for you around the clock.
5. Package Your Knowledge into Products
From bots to books. This is one of the strategies I walk my students through to build digital income.
I show how I use Otter to transcribe conversations, then drop the transcript into ChatGPT to turn it into a full ebook.
We built one live, step by step: title, subtitle, summary, all in minutes. I explained how students turn these into digital products they sell on Gumroad or SamCart. Some sell ebooks for $17, others bundle them into full courses for $97 or more.

6. Launch a Faceless YouTube Channel
This one always surprises people. How I use Syllaby to create, schedule, and publish faceless videos automatically.
Scripts, tags, calls to action, and thumbnails are all taken care of. I scheduled seven videos in just a few minutes. There’s no need for filming or editing, as AI handles everything.
This approach creates content quietly but delivers big results. If you’re looking for passive income, this is a great way to use AI to earn in the background.
7. Turn Your AI Knowledge Into Paid Training
As we wrapped up the interview, Nehemiah asked what’s possible when you go deeper with AI. I shared how I’ve turned what I know into paid trainings, workshops, and consulting sessions.
One company invited me for a 45-minute session, which led to an $8,500 check. These days, my rates range from $3,500 to $15,000 an hour, depending on the client and project. But here’s the key: it’s not about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about knowing how to solve real problems with AI.
